Aluminum rod is a kind of aluminum products. The melting and casting process of aluminum rod includes melting, purification, impurity removal, gas removal, slag removal and casting.There are about eight main categories of aluminum rods, depending on the metals they contain:1000series,2000series,3000series,4000series,5000series,6000series,7000series,8000series.
According to different content of alloying elements, aluminum plates can be divided into: 1 department of XXX for the industrial pure aluminum (Al), 2 department of XXX for the aluminum bronze alloy aluminum (Al, Cu), 3 department of XXX for the aluminum manganese alloy aluminum (Al - Mn), 4 XXX series aluminum silicon alloy aluminum (Al - Si), 5 XXX series aluminum magnesium alloy aluminum (Al, Mg), 6 department of XXX for the magnesium aluminum silicon alloy aluminum (AL, Mg, Si), 7 XXX series aluminum zinc alloy aluminum [AL - zinc - Mg - (Cu)], 8 department of XXX for the aluminium with other elements. Generally, each series should be followed by three digits, each bit should have a number or letter, meaning: the second digit indicates the number of controlled impurities; The third and fourth digits indicate the lowest percentage of pure aluminum after the decimal point.
