Product Description
SS304L SS306 50mm thick stainless steel plate stainless steel sheet JIS
304L is a type of steel obtained by reducing the carbon content of 304 to below 0.03%. Its general characteristics are almost the same as 304, but 304L stainless steel can suppress sensitization caused by the precipitation of chromium carbide between 500 and 900oC, improve the sensitivity to intergranular corrosion caused by welding, etc. Therefore, it is suitable for large welding construction materials and pipe fittings that require direct use after welding.
The biggest feature of 304L stainless steel is to improve the sensitivity to intergranular corrosion and reduce the carbon content to the welding site without practical thermal sensitization issues.
