Our company specializing in the production of special alloy steel, high precision seamless pipe/ plate/coil/bar,galvanized coil/pipe/ sheet, decorative pattem plate, PPGI/PPGL, cold drawing profile, aluminum plate/coil/rod, colour aluminum, copper plate/coil/rod etc.,provide non-standard custom size, material precision cutting, molding, packaging.
Carbon rods must be kept dry and dried before use. When used for DC power supply, the carbon rod is connected to the positive pole of the power supply and the working pole is connected to the negative pole. The compressed air pressure shall be kept at 0.5-1.6mpa. The arc distance between the carbon rod and the workpiece is about 3mm, and the exposure of the carbon rod to the fixture is about 100mm. The carbon rod forms an included angle of 45 ° with the workpiece and is planed along the tangent (or straight line) direction. Carbon rods must be well ventilated during use. Operate according to the working current.
