310S Stainless Steel Coil 2B HL NO.4 Surface Stainless Steel Spring Steel Strip
310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel with good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Because of the high percentage of chromium and nickel, it has much better creep strength and can continue to work at high temperatures.
310S stainless steel has good high temperature resistance. When the temperature exceeds 800, it begins to soften, and the allowable stress starts to decrease continuously. The maximum service temperature is 1200 ℃. Because of the high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance. High temperature resistant steel pipes are specially used for making electric furnace tubes and other occasions. After the carbon content is increased in austenitic stainless steel, its strength is improved due to its solid solution strengthening effect. The chemical composition of austenitic stainless steel is characterized by adding molybdenum, tungsten, niobium, titanium and other elements based on chromium and nickel. Because its structure is face centered cubic structure, Therefore, it has high strength and creep strength at high temperature.
